Cancellation Policy
A policy is set in place to protect both the client and the business. As I do my absolute best to ensure I show up for you, I ask the same courtesy in return.
Please note, I fully understand life is unpredictable and things happen that are out of our control.
*Please thoroughly read the following BEFORE booking your appointment*
Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours, either online or by phone.
Any person who fails to cancel their appointment or doesn’t show up to their appointment at all, will be charged a “cancellation fee” of 50% of their service cost. Your card on file will be charged with no notice.
Same day cancellations (less than 24hrs) will be charged a “last minute cancellation” fee of 30% of your total service cost. Your card on file will be charged with no notice.
If for any reason I have to cancel and cannot fulfill your scheduled appointment the same day, 30% of your service cost will be credited to you on your rescheduled appointment.
There is a 15 minute grace period for all guest. If you are late, please CALL and let me know. Failure to contact me will result in a $20 “late fee”. I will not be able to service you if arrive more than 15 minutes late. You may have the opportunity to return after all my other guests are serviced for the day or you will have to reschedule.
